Sage

Earthy with hints of eucalyptus, sage is a big reminder of the holidays.

Used widely in many international cuisines including British, Italian, and American.

Hands up who loves sage. Hey, not all at once. Sage is a fantastic herb that you will recognize in the stuffing at your big Thanksgiving meal. But it’s got so many other uses. Sage works wonderfully in sausage recipes (try some traditional English sausage rolls), as well as other fattier meat dishes and some cheeses. If you find yourself having an excess of sage, wash and dry the leaves and place them inside freezer bags; they will last at least a year and freezing actually strengthens the flavor.

With over 20 varieties of culinary herbs to choose from year-round, you’ll always have what you need to make every meal exquisite.
