Rosemary

A woody herb with fragrant evergreen needle-like leaves.

Native to the Mediterranean region and very popular in its cuisine.

Rosemary is the herb as beautiful as its name. Both the fresh and dried leaves are used frequently in many cuisines around the world, and are often used in meat rubs, grilled steaks, and vegetarian dishes. It’s also great as an addition to soups and stews, infused oils, and specialty breads, and pairs well with spices including paprika, chestnut, and curry (including cumin and coriander). When you burn rosemary it gives off a distinct mustard smell, but when added to recipes it gives off a wonderful aroma and flavor.

With over 20 varieties of culinary herbs to choose from year-round, you’ll always have what you need to make every meal exquisite.
